BioSculpture Technology, Inc.Initial Financing as an independent company separate from the Surgeons Tools Division of Rocin Laboratories, Inc.May 24, 2001 Following the success of the Surgeons Tools Division ( formerly the Lipotome™ Sales Division) of Rocin Laboratories, Inc. with licensing the earliest patent of its extensive international portfolio of liposuction art, an independent company was formed to exclusively license that portfolio. Its mission is to develop and market devices itself under that license itself so that innovations based upon that technology can be developed to improve the surgical experience more rapidly and be introduced sooner.
